Any occasional rejection of tyres decided by the quality control at the purchase department will be adjusted directly by the quality department of Booen Company who acts as the only warranty agent for all Booen products.
Procedure:
✱ Full details are appreciated:
– Tyresize
– Tyreserial number
– reason for rejection
– if possible a photograph
✱ The Booen quality departmentwill instruct the BOOEN FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT to make an immediate adjustment according to one of the following procedures:
– credit note or cheque
– free of charge delivery of replacement tyre
– if needed the quality department will ask to arrange shipment of claim tyres or wheels to Booen appointed address for a detailed examination or the Technical Service Manager will arrange a visit on site.
