1. Before selecting the tyre, please pay attention on the corresponding rim specification, specially for the width of rim need to be suitable. Meanwhile, please confirm the max. loading capacity with supplier of rim.As the final loading capacity will limit by the lower one between rim and tyre.
2. The speed mentioned in this handbook is for the max. speed during noloading. If need the speed for special loading capacity, please discuss with technology department.
3. Solid tyre is only suitable to intermittent operation, and the unit loading distance shouldn’t exceed 2000 meters.If the distance is too long,please discuss with technology department.
4. The design of tyres mentioned in this handbook all meet the China national standards,USA TRA standards and European ETRTO standards.The width of solid tyre section is may narrower than pneumatic tyre to ensure it can be exchanged.If you would like to know about some details,please discuss with technology department.
5. The service life of tyres shouldn’t exceed three year,please replace it on time.
